One form.
Every lender that fits you.

Banks reject files for reasons they rarely explain. We read your profile first, compare rate, fee and approval odds across our lender panel, then file with the ones most likely to say yes. You pay us nothing — the lender does.

03 — How a file moves

Five stages, and you'll know which one you're in.

Every file gets one relationship manager from first call to disbursement. You get their direct number, not a call centre queue.

Profile read

A 15-minute call on income, obligations, bureau report and end use. We flag anything that will cause a rejection before it goes anywhere.

Lender shortlist

We put your profile against the panel's current credit policies and show you three to five real options with rate, fee and tenure side by side.

Documents

Pickup at your home or office, or upload to us. We check every page before login so the file doesn't bounce back on a technicality.

Login & underwriting

We file with your chosen lender, handle the verification calls, valuation and legal, and chase the credit team daily until a decision lands.

Sanction & disbursal

We read the sanction letter with you line by line — rate type, fees, foreclosure terms — before you sign anything.

04 — Why go through us

A bank shows you one offer.
We can see forty-two.

Applying directly to four banks yourself means four bureau enquiries and a falling score. One conversation with us costs your credit report nothing.

You pay us nothing

Our payout comes from the lender after disbursal. Any advance-fee demand in our name is a fraud — report it to the number in the footer.

One enquiry, not five

We assess you on a soft check first and only log a formal application where approval odds are genuinely high.

We know each lender's policy

Cut-off vintage, negative pincodes, accepted income proofs, minimum bureau score. The unwritten rules that actually decide files.

Rejected elsewhere? Still talk to us

Most rejections are structural — wrong programme, wrong lender, a missed co-applicant. Roughly a third of the files we fund arrived rejected.

Doorstep, or entirely online

Document pickup across our service cities, or a fully digital file if you'd rather never meet anyone.

We stay after disbursal

Foreclosure letters, NOC and property paper retrieval, top-ups and rate reviews when the repo moves. The relationship doesn't end at payout.

05 — Before you apply

What lenders look at.

These are the common thresholds across our panel. Individual lenders sit above or below them, which is exactly where a shortlist earns its keep.

06 — Keep these ready

The document list, honestly.

Most delays are a missing page, not a credit decision. Pick your product and we'll show you exactly what the file needs.

07 — Indicative pricing

Today's starting rates.

Published rates are the best case: strong bureau score, clean banking, salaried at a listed employer. Read the fee column as carefully as the rate column.

Updated 1 August 2026. Indicative only and not an offer of credit. Floating rates move with the RBI repo rate or the lender's internal benchmark. Your final rate depends on bureau score, income, employer or business profile, property and tenure.
Representative example

A personal loan of ₹5,00,000 for 4 years at 13.50% p.a. (fixed, reducing balance) has an EMI of ₹13,538. A processing fee of 2% + GST (₹11,800) is deducted at disbursal, so ₹4,88,200 reaches your account. Total repaid over 48 months is ₹6,49,832 — of which ₹1,49,832 is interest. Representative APR including the fee: 14.80%.

08 — In their words

What borrowers say.

Two banks had already turned me down and nobody told me why. CreditSetu found it in ten minutes — an old credit card settlement showing on my report. They got it corrected, and the loan sanctioned six weeks later.

RKRamesh K.Personal loan · Bengaluru

I was set on the bank I already had my salary account with. They ran the comparison and showed me 0.6% lower elsewhere. On a 22-year home loan that is a lot of money to leave on the table.

SNSneha N.Home loan · Hyderabad

Running a fabrication unit, my ITR never reflects actual turnover. They put me on a banking-turnover programme instead of a standard business loan. ₹40 lakh, sanctioned in nine days.

09 — Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

What exactly is a DSA, and who pays you?

A Direct Selling Agent is an authorised channel partner of a bank or NBFC. We source, verify and file your application — the lender underwrites and sanctions it. The lender pays us a commission after disbursal. You pay us nothing, at any stage.

Will checking my eligibility here hurt my credit score?

No. The calculator on this page is arithmetic — it never touches your bureau file. A hard enquiry is only recorded when you authorise us to formally log an application with a specific lender, and we'll tell you before that happens.

Can you guarantee my loan will be approved?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Sanction is entirely the lender's decision, made on their credit policy and your profile. What we can do is pick lenders whose policy fits you, and present the file properly so a good application isn't rejected on presentation.

How long does it take?

Unsecured loans — personal, business, professional — typically sanction in two to seven working days with complete documents. Secured loans need valuation and legal opinion on the property, so budget three to five weeks from login to disbursement.

I've been rejected before. Is it worth applying again?

Usually, yes — but not immediately, and not to the same lender. We'll pull the reason first. If it's a bureau error we'll help you dispute it; if it's a policy mismatch we'll route you to a lender whose programme fits. If the honest answer is "wait six months and rebuild", we'll tell you that instead of filing.

What is FOIR and why does it decide my amount?

Fixed Obligation to Income Ratio — the share of your monthly income already committed to EMIs. Most lenders cap total obligations, including the new loan, at 50–60% of net income. It's the single biggest constraint on how much you can borrow, which is why closing one small EMI can unlock a much larger sanction.

Is my data safe?

Your details are shared only with the lenders you approve, for the purpose of processing your application, and we retain them per the consent you give. We never sell data to third parties. Full details are in our privacy policy; to withdraw consent or request deletion, write to the grievance officer listed below.
